Dear Sir or Madam,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

we would like to inform you that due to the situation resulting from the natural disaster that has hit Slovenia in the past weeks, the deadline for registration<\/strong> (also for partner organisations) for the conference is extended to September 1, 2023<\/strong>, as well as the deadline for early bird fee<\/strong> payment is September 1, 2023. <\/strong>https:\/\/www.ovg.si\/?page_id=153&lang=en<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong> Please also note that you can benefit from a 3% discount on hotel bookings for the duration of the conference only<\/strong>until September 10, 2023 <\/strong>(https:\/\/www.ovg.si\/?page_id=3807&lang=en<\/strong><\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

before we go on holiday, we would like to remind you of some changes to the dates of the conference, due to the postponement of the deadline for submission of your abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The important dates are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abstracts submission by 30.6.2023                                                     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 July 2023 submission of full papers (optional)                     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

15 August 2023 conference registration                                              <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By 20 August 2023 payment of the reduced registration fee   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment of the registration fee by 1 September 2023 \u2013 a condition for publication of abstract \/full paper in the conference e-book of abstract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last date for payment of the registration fee – 15 September 2023                        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many papers are still under review, but you will be informed in due course. Don’t forget to register for the conference <\/strong>(regardless of your status of participation) and make sure to pay the registration fee!<\/strong> (https:\/\/www.ovg.si\/?page_id=153&lang=en<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
