Conference fee includes:
- Conference programme with casual gift;
- Presence at plenary lectures from 2 to 4 October 2023 and other scientific and professional lectures and workshops;
- 4 coffee breaks during breaks;
- Banquet dinner and other social activities.

Cancellation policy
For written cancellations received before 18 September 2023 we charge 50% of the total registration fee, in case of non-participation without cancellation, we do not refund registration fee.
Instruction for payment registration fee
Legal entities (companies, institutions, associations):
1. On the basis of the order received from the legal entity, we will issue an invoice, which must be paid for the reduced registration fee by 1.9.2023 (contact: irena.tozan@zrs-kp.si).
2. You can find bank data for payment below.
3. After the payment of the registration fee, you will receive an invoice for the pre-payment (e-Invoice for the pre-payment).
4. After the conference, you will receive an invoice (e-invoice) for the paid registration fee.
Personal transaction or international payment
1. In case of a request for an advance invoice you, please send the request to: irena.tozan@zrs-kp.si, and we will issue a pre-invoice.
